Shipping Policy

We use USPS (United States Postal Service) to ship all orders.

 

 

All orders are shipped out { First Class or Priority Mail } within 3-5 business days.  After your order has been shipped, we will send you tracking numbers through the email address you provide at checkout to track your order.  If you do not receive an email with your tracking numbers, please check your spam folder. You should receive your order 2-5 days after your order has been placed.

 

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Please be aware that once we have given your package to USPS, we have no control over it. If your package is lost or stolen, please put in a claim with USPS to best  take care of the situation.

 

 

Wrong Shipping Address

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct before confirming your order to avoid us sending your package to the wrong address. Please be aware that you will be responsible for the shipment of your package that is returned to us due to incorrect address. As much as we would love for our customers to receive their packages, we will not be responsible for any stolen or missing packages due to incorrect address.
