Refund Policy

Order Returns

We have 10 days policy for return items.That is from the day that your order is delivered.

For items to be returned, all products have to be unused, in the same condition that they are received and in their original packaging.

If products are not in their original package, they are considered damaged and therefore cannot be returned

Please be aware that some personal care items and sanitary items cannot be returned.

Order Refunds

After items have been returned to us, you will be notify by Email that we have received them. A notification email will also be sent to you if the items are approved for a refund or not. After your are approved, your money will automatically be refunded back into your account.

Shipping Return Items

After your items have been approved for refund, we will send you an Email of the return label. Once received, Print Return label, place on packaging using clear tape so and drop your local USPS office.

If you are shipping items that cost $65 or more, you will be responsible for shipping. To make sure that items are returned, please be advice to ship items through a reliable shipping company that provide tracking numbers for customers to track their shipment. We will not be responsible for any lost packages.

Exchanged Items

Please follow same steps in  Order Returns for exchanges.

 

Cancellation

Our store offers a 24 hour for orders cancellation, that is from the time your order is placed
